
Terms & Conditions – Spanish Class Packages
Thank you for choosing to study Spanish with us! Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a package:
📦 Class Packages & Scheduling

All classes must be booked within the valid time frame of the purchased package (e.g., 4, 8, or 12 weeks depending on the package).

Unused hours that are not scheduled within the valid period will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or reschedules must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be counted as completed lessons.

If the student does not join the class within the first 15 minutes, the class will be considered as taken and marked as completed.
⏱️ Punctuality & Attendance

Please be on time. Delays cut into your own learning time and cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.

The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the session is marked as completed.

Repeated lateness may affect your eligibility to renew a package.
🗓️ Flexibility & Responsibility

It is the student’s responsibility to schedule their classes within the valid period.

We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure your preferred time slots are available.
💬 Communication

All communication about scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations must be done through [insert communication method here – email, booking system, etc.].

Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
