Terms & Conditions – Spanish Class Packages

Thank you for choosing to study Spanish with us! Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a package:

 

📦 Class Packages & Scheduling

  • All classes must be booked within the valid time frame of the purchased package (e.g., 4, 8, or 12 weeks depending on the package).
     

  • Unused hours that are not scheduled within the valid period will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
     

  • Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
     

 

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
     

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be counted as completed lessons.
     

  • If the student does not join the class within the first 15 minutes, the class will be considered as taken and marked as completed.
     

 

⏱️ Punctuality & Attendance

  • Please be on time. Delays cut into your own learning time and cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.
     

  • The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the session is marked as completed.
     

  • Repeated lateness may affect your eligibility to renew a package.
     

 

🗓️ Flexibility & Responsibility

  • It is the student’s responsibility to schedule their classes within the valid period.
     

  • We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure your preferred time slots are available.
     

 

💬 Communication

  • All communication about scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations must be done through [insert communication method here – email, booking system, etc.].
     

 

📌 Additional Notes

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
